Boers of SDK
Does:
we has discontinued our boer herd for the time being, too much with college and the other animals. we did keep our lamancha doe Kabooki.

Kabooki- lamancha
I know this isnt a boer..but when some issues came out with her dairy show career, we decided to use her for the boer program for a few reasons; frist of all, this girl MILKS! she is a bucket buster and a half. she kid with two buck, one at 6.5 pounds and the other at 7, at two weeks those kids were 16 and 17.5 respectively. second, shes structurally correct and is not going to be breaking down anytime soon. and the third reason.. shes got a great growth pattern, very consistent and relatively fast.
Kabooki is bred to Box Office Hit for march kids- first gen mini manchas
Wethers:
we loved you murray!!

did someone say "alfalfa!?!"
( pictured at just shy of 5 months, 91 pounds)
MURRAY
Murray was what i consider, the perfect market goat. Not only did he have the body structure, natural muscling, and growth patterns we look for in wethers, he was a sweet, gentle, cooperative goat who was always good for a laugh and deserving of a treat.
